Built for regulated firms.
We build on one rule: every output is evidence. A regulated firm runs its AI work through Fydis.
Fydis does two jobs at once. It makes the work defensible: every figure traces to its source, every step is attributable, every output can be signed. And it makes AI usable on real client work without the adviser carrying the risk personally. The same record underneath does both, against incoming regulation (APP 1.7, REP 798, CPS 230, AASB S2) that sharpens the need for both.
The 10 December 2026 Privacy Act APP 1.7 transparency deadline is the forcing function. Firms that have not made AI usable on real client work by then will be doing it informally, on the wrong tools, with the adviser’s name still on the output. The defensibility comes from the record underneath; the rest is what gets the work done.
Read our brief on REP 798Advisor
Fydis is founded by Parsa Aghdasi and reviewed by a working lead auditor who certifies firms against the standards Fydis maps to. One named founder and one named advisor for now. The list will grow as the product does.
Jason Fairclough
Lead Auditor, BSI Group
Brings hands-on certification experience against ISO 27001, ISO 42001 (AI management systems), and adjacent assurance standards. Reviews the Fydis evidence record against the controls a real third-party auditor would test.
How we operate
Building in public. Progress against the 10 December 2026 Privacy Act APP 1.7 transparency deadline is published on the integrations page. The status of each regulator mapping is on the homepage grid.
One regulator family at a time. Fydis is built for AU-regulated entities. Extension to EU AI Act or US SEC frameworks waits until the AU regulator family has full coverage. The product gets more defensible when it gets narrower.
Sovereignty by default. Australian data residency, AU-incorporated entity, AU-resident founder. AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). No data leaves the country without explicit authorisation.
We link to what is real, not placeholders. The trust pages link to what is real today. The DPA is on request via email, not a 404 page. The vulnerability disclosure policy publishes Q3 2026; until then, vulnerabilities go to hello@abrlabs.io.
Get involved
Five to eight design partners before the Firm tier publishes broadly. Each partner gets a 12-month price lock, direct founder access, and one regulator-facing analysis end-to-end.
